Phu Quoc has many 4-5 stars resorts which make your vaction on this island wonderful than ever.
Chen La Resort and Spa – 5 stars
There are only 36 bungalows, 24 of them with sea views, six of them with Jacuzzis, and a further six of them with their own private swimming pools. The pool bungalows are designed in the traditional Hoi An style, with the pool sunk into the timber deck. Imagine sitting in your own pool with a beer or cocktail in your hand, watching the sun go down.
La Veranda Resort – 4 stars
La Veranda gives you the chance to experience life as a guest in a colonial administrator’s mansion in the 19th Century, when this part of the world was under French control and called “Indochine”. Its 43 rooms are simple and breezy with cool mosaic tiles, dark woods, fine linens and four-poster beds. All rooms have private balconies (verandas) and it is from this feature that the resort gets its name. It also has two restaurants one of which spills out on to the beach on weekends.
Long Beach Ancient Village and Spa Resort – 4 stars
If you have been to Hanoi or Hue you might recognize the North Vietnamese architectural and aesthetic details at Long Beach Ancient Village and Spa, particularly around the lotus pond. A modern veneer is stretched on top of the classical design, however, and sleek swimming pools stud the shoreline. Meanwhile, all the latest technological appliances adorn the rooms. This is a big resort, and there were 111 rooms at last count. They are not cheap, but they are all beautiful.
Sasco Blue Lagoon Resort – 4stars
This resort really does look like a blue lagoon and is billed as “an island within an island”. Of course the blue lagoon is not a natural lagoon, it is a swimming pool. But recline in your deckchair by the side of this pool and take in the view, and you could imagine that you are in the famous 1980s movie after which this resort is named.
Saigon Phu Quoc Resort and Spa – 4 stars
This used to be the big resort on Phu Quoc Island, and enjoyed a monopoly on the high-end traveller market. Now there are glitzy new resorts opening all the time, but the Saigon-Phu Quoc hotel continues to deliver quality accommodation.
