Write to the editors

Use the form below to reach the editors of Phu Quoc Island Tourism. We are an independent guide, not a tour operator or a government office, so this is the place for corrections and questions about the guide, not for bookings.

When to write to us

  • You found a fact, timetable, fare or link on this site that is wrong or out of date.
  • You know an official source we should cite, such as a new notice from the special zone or an operator's timetable page.
  • You have a question about planning a visit that the guide does not answer; we reply when we can, from published sources.
  • You want to ask about advertising on the site.

What to send for a correction

  1. The address of the page and the section heading.
  2. The sentence or figure you believe is wrong.
  3. What you believe is correct, and the date you saw it.
  4. A link to the official source or the operator's own page, if you have one.

How we check and publish corrections is explained on about and corrections.

Questions about planning a visit

Planning questions are welcome: we can point you to the right page or the right official source, for example the airport's visa guidance or an operator's timetable. We cannot confirm availability, recommend a particular hotel or company, or give legal advice on visas or driving licences. Tell us your month of travel and where you plan to stay; it makes an answer more useful.

Your details

Your name and email address are used only to reply to you. We do not pass them to tour companies, hotels or advertisers. Advertising enquiries go to the same editors and are handled separately from corrections.

What we cannot help with

This site cannot sell or change tickets, process refunds, find lost property or make visa decisions. For a boat or ferry booking, contact the company that sold the ticket; for visas, the immigration authorities or the official e-visa portal; for complaints about prices or service on the island, the special zone's Tourism Rapid Response Team.

In an emergency, call 113 for police, 114 for fire and rescue or 115 for an ambulance before anything else.
